Membership FAQS
I'm new and want to try your classes!
Awesome! You can jump in with our Intro Offer, which gives unlimited classes for only $59. If you are a Cairns local and stay on with us after your intro, you'll get your first week of membership for free!
When are memberships billed?
Our Tribe memberships are billed every week, commencing on the purchase date. Eg, if you purchased on a Thursday, you will be billed every Thursday.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Our Tribe memberships have a 4 week commitment. After this time, you can suspend or cancel your membership.
Are there any extra fees?
Nope! There are no sign up fees, no cancellation fees, and we wear all the billing and debit fees. The advertised price is what you pay.
Can I suspend my membership?
Of course! Suspensions can be between 2 and 8 weeks, in 1 week increments. You just need to give us 24 hours notice to apply the suspension.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
We’d be sad to see you go, but all that we require to cancel your membership is a 7 day notice, which is submitted via our website.
What happens if my payment fails?
First off, we do not charge a failed payment fee. If your membership payment is not successful, our system will automatically try again over the next few days.
