Membership Suspension
Please note the following terms:
Suspension requests must be submitted through the online form below with 24 hours advance notice for processing. Requests via call, text, social media or in person cannot be accommodated.
You may suspend your membership for 2-8 consecutive weeks, in 1 week increments (i.e 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 weeks).
Your membership will automatically reactivate once the suspension period ends, resuming regular payments.
If you choose to cancel your membership during a suspension period, note that the 7-day cancellation notice is still required.
Please note that you cannot suspend or cancel during the first 4-week commitment of your membership.
