Membership Cancellation

Please note the following terms as per your membership agreement:

  1. All cancellations must be requested through the form below. We do not accept requests via phone call, text, social media or in-person. This is to ensure that all requests go to the one place to be processed.

  2. This form will serve as your 7-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Any scheduled payments before the cancellation date will be processed as scheduled. Your cancellation date must be 7 days or more from form submission. If you enter a cancellation date that is less than 7 days from the form submission, or a date that is in the past, we will instead process the cancellation for 7 days after the form submission.

  3. Note that you cannot serve a 7-day notice while on suspension. A 7-day notice period is served with an active membership. If you are on suspension and decide to cancel, the suspension will be voided from the first day of the 7-day notice. You will have a final payment within the 7-day notice period, which will be processed as per your regular scheduled renewals. 

  4. In a case of permanent sickness or a substantial injury, we may waive the 7 day notice if proof is provided.

  5. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future, membership pricing in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership prices are subject to change.

  6. Memberships cannot be cancelled within the first 4 weeks/payments of your membership. If you wish to cancel within this time, your cancel date will be set to after your first 4 payments are completed.
